To download, just left-click on the file size in the "Download" column (do not right-click for a menu with "Save target as" or the equivalent). Left-clicking should automatically start the download.

To get a link, right-click on the "Download" link in the table and use your browser's copy option. If you, instead, left click, it will open up a browser tab that plays it directly there.

Using a mobile device? Click/touch the file size to in the "Download" column to download if the other options do not work for you. What is possible is device dependent.

Why two download links? The type in the table was created to simplify sharing a direct link to a specific talk. The other one tries to immediately force a download, saving you from having to right-click and then choose your browser's download option.
